Snorkeling with the orcas
Lofoten Adventure offers Orca safaris and Snorkeling with the orcas from Skjervøy. We have daily departures from 30.10.2023 till 21.01.2024, except for the period 18.12 to 28.12
To be in the water with the orcas is a powerful experience and an unforgettable meeting with nature.
Lofoten Adventure has more then 20 years of experience in the field. Wearing a warm dry suit, a mask and snorkel you float comfortably on the surface.
When you put your head under water you will first feel the silence, and then suddenly start hearing the whales communicating with each other, then see herring and parts of dead herring floating around. You are no longer an observer, but part of it.
Meet at our base camp at Strandveien 90 in Skjervøy 09.00 . We will give a lecture about the whales and a security briefing before the safari. We will provide you with under suit, dry suit and ABC equipment.

- Woolen underwear, warm woolen socks, hat and gloves.
- We suggest that you bring extra clothes in case you get wet.
